Philip R. Quinn
Philip R. Quinn has dedicated his career to defending individuals facing criminal charges. Philip has experience in every type of criminal case imaginable, including homicides, drug and firearm cases, sex cases, and death penalty cases. Philip also has extensive experience pursuing expungement petitions and litigating contested expungements.
A native of Pittsburgh’s South Hills, Philip attended John Carroll University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Forensic Psychology. Upon graduating from JCU, Philip attended the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University for his Juris Doctorate.
While in law school, Philip interned at the Allegheny County Office of the Public Defender and later worked as a Law Clerk for William Difenderfer. Also during law school, Philip was the Vice President of the Criminal Law Association and achieved several CALI academic awards.
Since graduating law school and passing the Bar Exam, Philip has continued working with William Difenderfer, gaining invaluable experience in all aspects of criminal defense. Philip is passionate about defending the rights of his clients and always goes the extra mile to get the best result.
